What currency are the prices do I see on the site?

All prices are in USD.

How do I order?

Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.

How do I pay for my orders?

We accept payments via Paypal and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express.

How can I track my order?

Tracking numbers will be updated 1-2 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business days please email us at info@nacay.com

Will I be charged sales tax on my order?

Applicable sales tax will be added automatically to your order if appropriate based on your shipping location. If you do not see sales tax added to your order amount at checkout then you will NOT be charged sales tax.

What do I do if I want to complain about an item?

Sometimes it unfortunately happens that a product does not meet the desired quality and then we will of course help you to complain. Send a case to us via our web form on the customer service page. If you need to get in touch with us regarding your complaint, we ask you to respond in the same email where you sent in your complaint, then we always have a case number to refer to.

My skin is dehydrated. What should I do?

Luckily, Nacayskincare offers a number of products to rehydrate skin that don’t require drastic measures, from a moisturizing cream to good face moisturizers.

Do your skincare products expire?

Skincare products do not last forever. Once opened, these products have a limited shelf life. The exposure to air and bacteria over time can break them down. If used past the expiration date, the product may not be effective or could cause an adverse reaction.

How long before I start to see results?

Results can vary by individual and what products you are using. How consistent you are with your skincare routine plays an important role in the success of your results. At Nacayskincare, we love to under-promise and over-deliver, thus we give a baseline of 2-3 months to go from worse to best. Results may be seen sooner than this baseline.

The lotion or Oil is not pumping, is the bottle broken?

The lotion are formulated with natural oils, such as coconut oil which is temperature sensitive. If you are using your bottle for the first time, make sure the inner cap is on tightly, and pump the dispenser slowly 5-10 times to activate the vacuum pump system. If you experience lotion or perfect oil hardening try the following steps: Make sure the cap is secured on the bottle. Run the bottle under warm water until the product liquifies, this may take several minutes. Or, carefully place the closed bottle into a cup of warm water and let sit for at least 15 minutes. Give your bottle a shake and turn it upside down to dispense the product. Repeat this process at any time if your dispenser stops working.
